Where is the event?The event is on the south-side of Woodland Park

What ages are welcome at this event?This is a public all-ages event. I cannot control the attendees any more than I can control anyone in public so use appropriate caution
What is the parking situation?The park has approximately 200 parking spots. Please plan accordingly and carpool if possible. There is also public transportation. There are a few buses one could take. The E line and the 44 get quite close The walk from the bus stops takes about 10 minutes.
What is THERE TO DO?Grab a name tag. List you name and neighborhood

Is there a heating source to cook the garlic bread?The park has a few grills available. I will not be providing anything but a fire extinguisher located at the information booth. Please pick it up if you choose to bring your own grilling equipment and please look at the Parks department rules for what is allowed.
What is The restroom situation?The park has 3 “men’s” toilets and 3 “women’s” toilets available. There are two accessible stalls between them. I am also using a portable toilet rental service for 4 additional toilets. Please see the map. There will be extra toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer at the information booth as well as volunteers with plungers if necessary.
What about my trash?We ask that you carry out your trash. We are required to offer trash services but any trash going into the event-provided bins is carried out in a U-Haul by our volunteers and dropped at a transfer station for a fee.
IS this event open to everyone?This is an event focused on finding friends within the queer community. All members of the queer community are invited (not just the gay ones haha)
That being said, excluding anyone based off of factors such as sexual orientation and gender is illegal. No one is excluded from this event.
Will there be garlic bread?There will be MUCH garlic bread but I will not be providing any. This is a BYOGB event but in previous years, there has been a lot shared by attendees. I will likely have some free beverages of limited availability.

Help!!!For your convenience and safety we provide a few things like water, lactase, bug repellant, hand sanitizer, & sunscreen.
We also carry a first aid kit at the information booth. Please ask for assistance if you need someone trained in first aid.
